The good: waking up early, exercise and pushups, writing (in stretches)
The bad: meditation, doing some work in the evenings (although this is often because I’m out with friends)
For the new year, I didn’t set any resolutions of the typical sort (eg, lose X pounds, run Y miles) but I did set a few “habit resolutions”, daily habits, small practices I’d like to build or increase in my life, among them:
-Spend more time on music
-Wake up even earlier (though this is a life long process)
