Daily Habits Checklist: May 9-May 22

These two weeks were terrible, no way around it. The lowest two-week scores since I began tracking habits performance in February. There are two excuses if I may, briefly: first, I spent half of this period in LA, and travel / the switch to a new environment upset some existing behaviors (in particular, exercise which, alongside plenty of sleep, is the most important cornerstone of a good daily routine). And second, I’m preparing to take the LSAT on June 6th and study for 1-2 hours each day, which isn’t included in the list. This is a real opportunity cost: I average 4-6 hours of focused, deep(ish) work a day. Some days are a lot less, and some days are a bit more, but I’m happy and effective in this range. As for why I’m taking the LSAT, I’ll save the explanation for a later date.

Here’s my very first checklist. The target is 80% each week (which hasn’t been reached, yikes).
